Shipping & Delivery Policy
Okie Containers provides delivery of shipping containers to residential, agricultural, and commercial properties using specialized delivery equipment. By scheduling and accepting delivery, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Delivery Costs
Delivery fee for containers purchased from Okie Containers is $300 if within 50 miles of Porter, Ok. For every mile over that, there will be an additional fee of $5 per mile.
For special placement of any container with our Container Mule, there will be an additional $200 fee.
Delivery fee for containers not purchased from Okie Containers is $500 if within 50 miles of Porter, Ok. For every mile over that, there will be an additional fee of $5 per mile.
Delivery Access & Site Conditions
The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible, stable, and suitable for heavy equipment and container placement. This includes—but is not limited to—clear access roads, firm ground conditions, overhead clearance, and sufficient turning radius.
Surface & Property Damage Disclaimer
Due to the size and weight of delivery equipment and containers, Okie Containers is not responsible for damage to:

Lawns, yards, grass, gravel, dirt, or soft ground

Driveways, asphalt, concrete, curbs, or sidewalks

Underground utilities, including septic tanks, drain fields, water lines, or electrical lines

Landscaping, irrigation systems, or other concealed features
Delivery equipment may cause ruts, tracks, soil displacement, or ground settling, especially in wet or soft conditions. These risks are assumed by the customer.
Underground Hazards
The customer is responsible for identifying and disclosing the location of all underground hazards prior to delivery. Okie Containers is not liable for damage caused by delivery equipment crossing or placing containers over septic systems or other underground structures.
Placement Responsibility
Once the container is placed and the driver departs, Okie Containers is not responsible for repositioning due to site conditions unless additional fees are agreed upon in advance.
Customer Acknowledgment
By accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with site conditions and delivery access and releases Okie Containers from liability related to property or ground damage resulting from delivery.
Delivery Acknowledgment & Liability Waiver
☐ I acknowledge and agree that delivery of shipping containers involves heavy equipment and that Okie Containers is not responsible for property damage, including but not limited to lawn or yard damage, ruts or tracks, driveway or surface damage, landscaping, underground utilities, septic tanks, drain fields, or other concealed structures.
☐ I confirm that the delivery site is accessible and suitable for container delivery and that I have identified or marked any underground hazards.
☐ I accept full responsibility for site conditions and release Okie Containers from liability for damages resulting from delivery or container placement.
