Shipping & Delivery Policy

Okie Containers provides delivery of shipping containers to residential, agricultural, and commercial properties using specialized delivery equipment. By scheduling and accepting delivery, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

Delivery Access & Site Conditions

The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible, stable, and suitable for heavy equipment and container placement. This includes—but is not limited to—clear access roads, firm ground conditions, overhead clearance, and sufficient turning radius.

Surface & Property Damage Disclaimer

Due to the size and weight of delivery equipment and containers, Okie Containers is not responsible for damage to:

• Lawns, yards, grass, gravel, dirt, or soft ground

• Driveways, asphalt, concrete, curbs, or sidewalks

• Underground utilities, including septic tanks, drain fields, water lines, or electrical lines

• Landscaping, irrigation systems, or other concealed features

Delivery equipment may cause ruts, tracks, soil displacement, or ground settling, especially in wet or soft conditions. These risks are assumed by the customer.

Underground Hazards

The customer is responsible for identifying and disclosing the location of all underground hazards prior to delivery. Okie Containers is not liable for damage caused by delivery equipment crossing or placing containers over septic systems or other underground structures.

Placement Responsibility

Once the container is placed and the driver departs, Okie Containers is not responsible for repositioning due to site conditions unless additional fees are agreed upon in advance.

Customer Acknowledgment

By accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with site conditions and delivery access and releases Okie Containers from liability related to property or ground damage resulting from delivery.
